Creating a Thriving Workplace Culture

In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, we realize the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at The Summit Senior Living at Chenal Valley, we understand to achieve this culture, employees must trust their workplace.

Each August, The Summit participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time when staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, ensuring it remains truly anonymous. It’s crucial for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. This feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures our community remains a great place to work.

As the Assistant Executive Director, I actively promote employee appreciation by ensuring our hardworking team members always have a moment to pause and be recognized. I take pride in creating and maintaining a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all employees. I also focus on offering opportunities for growth, development, and continuous learning.
